peanut butter rice crispy bars
base:
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. pure maple syrup
3 T coconut oil
pinch of sea salt
2 1/2 c. brown rice crips
drizzle:
dark chocolate
1 T coconut oil
sea salt
Mix everything from your base ingredient list together (melt coconut oil) in a bowl, set aside. In a separate bowl, add your dark chocolate and coconut oil, melt and stir. Get a 9x9 pan and line it with parchment paper. Take your base ingredients mixed together and pour it into your parchment lined pan and press down. Once pressed, drizzle your melted chocolate over the top and sprinkle some sea salt. Store in the freezer!
